Position: Operator / Assistant Operator - Pouching
Experience: 4-10 Years
Qualification: Diploma / ITI (mandatory)
Duty: 12 Hours
Division: Packaging
Experience in:
- Stand-Up Pouch
- Zipper Pouch
- Centre Seal Pouch
- 3D Pouch
Key Responsibilities
- Machine operation, setting & changeover
- Achieve production targets with defined quality & wastage norms
- In-process quality checks & controls
- Troubleshooting during production
- Optimize job sequence to minimize wastage
- Maintain machine housekeeping & production records
- Follow safety, health & hygiene standards
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of pouching/converting operations
- Machine setting & operation
- Understanding of quality & productivity parameters
- Valuable teamwork & communication skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts/stretched hours
