- Roles and Responsibilities:_
- Prepare offer letters, regret letters, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and payroll-related data, including attendance, leaves, and bank details.
- Assist with onboarding and communicate HR policies to recent employees.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, company events,



and campus recruitment drives.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
