Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Manage day-to-day café operations.
- Ensure smooth service during breakfast, lunch, and evening hours.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures.

Staff Management
- Supervise service staff, cashiers, kitchen helpers, and cleaners.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance.
- Train staff on customer service and SOPs.
- Handle employee performance and discipline.

Customer Service
- Ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Petpooja POS Management
- Operate and supervise billing through Petpooja.
- Monitor daily sales reports and settlements.
- Manage menu updates, pricing changes, and discounts in Petpooja.
- Track orders, KOTs, and payment reconciliation.
- Generate daily and monthly business reports.

Inventory & Procurement
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials and consumables.
- Coordinate purchasing of groceries, vegetables,



dairy products, and packaging materials.
- Minimize wastage and pilferage.
- Conduct periodic stock audits using Petpooja inventory features.

Financial Control
- Monitor daily cash collection and bank deposits.
- Control operational expenses.
- Track food cost and labor cost targets.
- Assist management in achieving revenue goals.

Quality & Compliance
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Follow local food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain vendor and supplier records.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Commerce, or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience managing a café, restaurant, or QSR.
- Experience with Petpooja POS software.
- Knowledge of South Indian food operations is preferred.
