We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven | Admission Counsellor to join our team and support student enrolments through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Location: Maqsudan(Jalandhar)
Experience Required: 2-5 years in Sales & Customer handling
CTC: Up to ₹3.0 LPA + Variable Pay up to ₹1.40 LPA (based on performance)
Work Schedule:
- Full time | 6 Days Working
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Explain course details, career opportunities, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and admission process.
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries and convert them into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Update enquiry details and follow-up status in the CRM.
- Participate in seminars, education fairs, career counselling sessions, and promotional events.
- Ensure a smooth admission process from enquiry to enrolment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
