Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company projects and services.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with interested leads and schedule site visits.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Telecaller, preferably in Real Estate.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle customer queries effectively.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
