Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees, clients, and visitors.
- Handle courier dispatches, parcel collection, and local office errands.
- Purchase office supplies, pantry items, and other materials as required.
- Ensure pantry supplies and office stationery are adequately stocked.
- Arrange meeting rooms before and after meetings, ensuring they remain clean and organized.
- Assist in shifting, organizing, and arranging office furniture, equipment, and materials when required.
- Support administrative staff with routine operational tasks.
- Report maintenance issues and ensure the office remains clean, safe, and presentable.
- Perform any other office support duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications
- Minimum qualification:10th Pass or above.




- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Honest, trustworthy, and disciplined.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and capable of handling routine office tasks.
- Punctual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
