The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business development by identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, managing the sales pipeline, and building strong relationships with real estate developers and prospective clients. The role involves lead generation, consultative selling, conducting client meetings, managing commercial discussions,



preparing proposals and work orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless execution of the sales process from lead generation to deal closure while achieving assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure for assigned accounts.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, inbound/outbound sales activities, and market outreach.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and lead nurturing.
- Generate and schedule client meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective developers and clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate consulting solutions aligned with their business needs.
