HR Executive

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 2-4 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, appraisal letters, and relieving letters.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HRMIS data.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including EPF, ESIC, Labour Laws, and Shops & Establishment Act, wherever applicable.
- Coordinate PF and ESIC registration, contributions, documentation, and employee-related queries.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
- Maintain HR policies, reports, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with management on HR planning and administrative activities.





Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
- 2-4 years of relevant HR experience in a corporate environment.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Strong documentation and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
