- Responsible for contacting our franchise network across India via telephone and driving sales through them.

Basic requirements:




- Must have min 1 year or more only in tele sales ofpharmaceuticals or healthcare products OR in any BPO like Aegis or others.
- Excellent verbal as well as written ENGLISH.

Job role:
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
- To make communication with our Pharma Shoppe (Franchise).
- Reminder Calls to our Pharma Shoppe (Franchise) regarding every month’s offers.
- Finding out their problems.
- Should be tried to address their problems by him/her.
- Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by her.
- Follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved.
- Direct reporting to higher management regarding reliable & unresolved problems.

Salary:
- Rs.18,000 - 20,000/- per month + Incentives + benefits.
