Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee overall business operations and strategic planning
- Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage and guide senior management teams across departments
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and business performance
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Ensure smooth execution of company policies and processes
- Represent the company in high-level meetings and client interactions
- Drive innovation and organizational development initiatives
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
