Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Zuora Administratorfor a full time position (40 hours per week) in USA. Our client is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing job sites.

The Zuora Systems Administrator/Consultant will support the Zuora Cloud subscription billing platform, including Billing, Payment and Revenue Management, and Admin and User Management. The role focuses on product catalog management, custom fields, events & notifications, security requests related to roles and OneID, reporting, and Revenue (RevPro). Scope of Work Review (and potentially develop) change control documents. The consultant will review and, if needed, develop change control documents, implement changes across Sandbox and Production environments, support audit requests, and collaborate with the Zuora Admin team and the Financial Systems Product/Engineering teams.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of working experience with Zuora.
- A general understanding of the nature of the billing system.
- Familiarity with Zuora UI.




- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking.

- Background in consulting.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement changes in Sandbox environments and, if applicable, in production.
- Conduct modifications across Zuora Billing and Revenue tenants.
- Support the Zuora Admin team and, by extension, the Financial Systems Product/Engineering teams.
- Support audit requests.
- Manage and support product catalog, custom fields, events & notifications, security requests related to roles and OneID, reporting, and Revenue (RevPro).
- Review/develop change control documents.
- Release updated invoice/credit memo templates to other environments. Deploy workflows to production.
- Release the Revenue configuration to other environments.
- Process user access requests.
