Job Title: Customer Delight Specialist
Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru (Work From Office)
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Salary: Up to ₹5,00,000 per annum + Incentives

We are seeking a Customer Delight Specialist to be the frontline representative for our customers, ensuring exceptional service through effective communication and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Understand company products/services to accurately address customer concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Proactively identify and anticipate customer needs
- Gather and analyze client feedback to recommend improvements
- Provide timely solutions and escalate unresolved issues appropriately
- Document customer interactions for continuous process improvement

Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Empathy, patience, and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in customer service tools/software

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
