Role Overview:
As a Quality Analyst in the Court Check process, you will be part of a critical team ensuring that no red cases are overlooked. Your primary responsibility will be to reevaluate cases flagged by the operations team where results are inconclusive or mismatched.



You will investigate these cases thoroughly, adhering to IDfy's high standards of accuracy and attention to detail, contributing to a process that demands integrity and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance: Conduct detailed reviews of cases flagged by the operations team, ensuring all red cases are accurately identified and documented.
Re-evaluate inconclusive or mismatched results by cross-referencing court records and other relevant sources.
2. Investigative Analysis: Dig deeper into flagged cases to uncover discrepancies or confirm findings. Ensure alignment with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) throughout the review process.
3. Process Adherence: Maintain strict adherence to guidelines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
