Inside Sales Executive

Location: Vasai East
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Qualification: Graduate (mandatory)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers via phone to generate sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent service.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Customer Support preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English, Hindi, and communication skills are welcome to apply.:




- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
