We are seeking an experienced Product Manager - ServiceNow to drive the implementation and delivery of products across ITAM/SAM, providing hands-on configuration, solution design validation and technical guidance throughout delivery. This role combines product management expertise with operational excellence to deliver impactful solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Research and write detailed technical requirements




- Active participation in product planning and roadmap definition
- Collaboration with internal and external customers to acquire a deep understanding of their requirements and business needs, including other PMs, architecture, operations, business development, sales, marketing and customer success teams
- Determine technical feasibility, dependencies and constraints of features with support from neighboring technology teams as needed
- Define product performance and effectiveness metrics that measure and benchmark product success
- Develop and articulate a defensible point of view based on data from primary and secondary research including direct customer engagement
- Delivery of requirements in partnership with SaaS Ops, Security, Architecture and various engineering teams with an iterative, pragmatic approach
