A Day in the Life
Our Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune is expanding to serve more people living with diabetes globally. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and Technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Operational (Day-to-Day)
- Process intercompany invoices and manage end-to-end IC accounting in SAP
- Perform IC matching and reconciliation; investigate and resolve mismatches and disputes
- Support netting and settlement processes and prepare IC balance confirmations
- Post transfer-pricing and recharge transactions in accordance with company policies
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end IC close activities and elimination readiness
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant accounting standards (US GAAP/IFRS)
- Liaise with regional finance teams and business units to resolve IC discrepancies
- Prepare and review intercompany reports, providing variance analysis and insights to management
- Support internal and external audits with required documentation
- Maintain and update process documentation and standard operating procedures
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Intercompany Accounting or General Accounting, preferably within a Shared Service Center environment
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) — essential for daily collaboration with European stakeholders
- Robust working knowledge of SAP (FI module; Intercompany and/or Asset Accounting modules are a plus)
