Responsibilities

Production

Plan and run the daily schedule across 2 cooking lines and a team of ~16 across 5 work groups Allocate daily job assignments and hold the team to them Track yields and wastage against standard; report variances with reasons Coordinate with dispatch on packing readiness and twice-weekly delivery schedules

Quality

Run in-process and finished-goods checks: batch consistency, taste, texture, viscosity, brix/pH where applicable, fill weight, seal integrity, labelling accuracy Inspect raw material at receipt; reject and document what does not meet spec Maintain batch records, RM issue logs and QC sheets daily — recorded at the time of the check, not at end of day Place any batch failing a check on hold and escalate to the Production Head. Release of a held batch is not your decision.

Hygiene & compliance

Daily line clearance, sanitation checks and GMP enforcement Keep documentation FSSAI-audit-ready at all times; support client audits

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
