Role: Production Engineer(Stamping)
- Ensure proper press machine setup, die changeover, and smooth production operations.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Tool Room, Maintenance, and Quality teams to minimize downtime and resolve production issues.
- Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen activities to improve productivity.
- Analyze production losses, scrap, and machine downtime, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain daily production records, machine performance reports, and process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company policies.
