About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop concept designs, master plans, and detailed architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants.
- Review architectural drawings for design intent, functionality, buildability, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with local development regulations, NBC, fire norms, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and review design presentations, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with liaisoning, approvals, contracts, procurement, and project execution teams.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction quality and ensure adherence to approved drawings.
- Resolve design-related issues during construction.
- Review material selections, mock-ups, and architectural finishes.
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of design milestones.
- Support value engineering initiatives without compromising design quality.
- Maintain project documentation and coordinate consultant deliverables.





Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (preferred).
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in residential and mixed-use developments.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies and building systems.
- Knowledge of Development Control Regulations, NBC, fire safety norms, and approval processes.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills
- AutoCAD
- Revit (preferred)
- SketchUp
- Adobe Photoshop / InDesign (preferred)
- MS Office
- Knowledge of BIM is an advantage.
