Position: Sales Representative - Bakery Products
Location: Bari Brahmana, Jammu
Experience: 1-3 years preferred

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail stores, supermarkets, wholesalers, and other potential customers on a daily basis.
- Generate recent customers and develop business with existing retailers.
- Take regular orders and ensure proper follow-up until delivery.
- Promote and sell bakery products such as biscuits, cookies, rusk, khari, cakes, and other food products.
- Maintain good relationships with retailers and wholesalers.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor product availability and ensure proper stock placement at retail outlets.
- Collect market feedback regarding customer demand, competitor products, pricing, and market schemes.
- Follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
- Coordinate with the office, production, and delivery teams regarding orders and customer requirements.
- Submit daily sales and market visit reports.




- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in FMCG, bakery, food, or similar sales is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in the field and travel within the assigned market.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with regular market visits.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and sales reporting.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be preferred.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹20000 per month
Additional: Performance-based sales incentives

Working Conditions

This is a field sales role based in Bari Brahmana, Jammu, and requires regular travel to retail outlets, distributors, wholesalers, and markets in the assigned area.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
