Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth across all platforms.
- Own the complete content lifecycle—from ideation and scriptwriting to shooting, editing, publishing, and post-publication monitoring.
- Create compelling scripts for Reels, short-form videos, brand campaigns, interviews, testimonials, and promotional content.
- Plan, create,



and manage content calendars aligned with business objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Handle and manage all company social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely content delivery.
- Research industry trends, viral formats, and competitor activities to create fresh, engaging, and high-performing content.
- Plan and direct content shoots, coordinate production, and oversee editing to maintain high-quality output.
- Write engaging captions and optimize content using relevant hashtags, keywords, and platform-specific best practices.
- Develop innovative strategies to boost followers, reach, engagement, and overall social media presence organically.
- Analyze content performance and audience insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create creative campaigns, product promotions, employer branding, and event-related content.
