MedX Pharma is a quick-growing pharmaceutical company committed to delivering quality healthcare products across India. We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Accounts Executive to support our finance, billing, and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and process sales invoices, tax invoices, and billing documents.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Verify billing data and ensure timely and error-free invoice generation.
- Manage customer accounts and outstanding payment records.
- Assist in accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain proper accounting records.
- Prepare expense reports and track company expenditures.
- Reconcile bank statements, customer ledgers, and vendor accounts.
- Maintain billing and accounting software records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.




- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and management teams regarding billing and payment status.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP, Busy, Marg, or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidential financial information.

Qualification
- B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in billing, accounts, or finance will be an added advantage.
