Key Responsibilities

Local Site Leadership, Execution & Integration
- Serve as a trusted partner on the Hyderabad Site Leadership Team, ensuring strong connectivity between the site and Global Supply Chain leadership.
- Break down silos, foster a unified "one team" identity, and drive cross-functional capability building, shared ways of working, and joint problem solving.
- Identify and unlock collaboration opportunities with other functions co-located in Hyderabad — including Finance, BI&T;,



Commercial Operations, and R&D; — to build integrated ways of working and cross-functional synergies.
- Champion Hyderabad’s full integration into the broader network, including engagement, culture, role modeling, and clear expectations for working across time zones.

Global Supply Chain Integration & Matrix Leadership
- Serve as a trusted partner across the GSC extended Leadership Team and with global functional leads, providing meaningful input into the strategic direction and operations of GSC.
- Represent the entire GSC organization based in Hyderabad — across Business Performance and Transformation, Clinical Supply Chain, Customer Partnership and Supply Orchestration, Delivery, and Global Business Unit Supply Chain.
- Lead a matrixed GSC organization, ensuring team stability, capability development, and consistent support across all functional pillars.
