BIM Engineer II - Electrical:

- About the Role:
Deliver high-quality BIM models and construction documentation for international projects while following BIM standards and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Electrical BIM models for Power, Lighting, ELV, Fire Alarm, and related systems in accordance with project BIM standards.
- Develop and maintain Revit MEP and Revit Fabrication models while utilizing fabrication databases as per company and project standards.
- Prepare Electrical shop drawings, construction documentation, and quantity take-offs.
- Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination using Navisworks and Revizto.
- Review Electrical BIM models for QA/QC and compliance with project BIM standards before submission.
- Review Electrical models for compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEC, and client requirements.




- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and implement client comments.
- Maintain project documentation and ACC/BIM 360 workflows.

What We're Looking For:
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 2-5 years of BIM Modelling experience.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Autodesk Revit Fabrication, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and ACC/BIM 360.
- Good understanding of BEP, LOD, QA/QC, CDE workflows, and construction documentation.
- Experience working on US, UK, or Middle East projects is preferred.

Technical Expertise:
- Power Distribution, Lighting, ELV, Fire Alarm, Cable Tray, Conduit & Busduct Routing.
- Earthing, Lightning Protection, Electrical Room Coordination and Builder's Work.
- Working knowledge of NEC, IEC, NFPA and related international standards.
