About the Role:
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring excellent operational planning, hospitality expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
Estate Operations:
- Ensure the entire estate remains event-ready throughout the year.
- Manage preventive maintenance of buildings, lawns, pool, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and utilities.
- Coordinate repairs, renovations and asset upkeep.

Event Management:
- Lead end-to-end execution of weddings, social events and corporate functions.
- Coordinate with decorators, caterers, production teams, security and all event vendors.
- Ensure venue setup is completed before scheduled timelines.
- Supervise event operations until successful completion and venue restoration.

Guest Experience:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during property visits and event execution.
- Deliver five-star hospitality standards.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Drive repeat business through exceptional service delivery.

Team Management:
- Recruit,



train and supervise housekeeping, gardeners, stewards, security and casual event staff.
- Develop SOPs and maintain grooming and service standards.
- Prepare staff rosters and monitor attendance and performance.

Vendor Management:
- Develop and maintain a panel of preferred vendors.
- Negotiate commercial terms and monitor vendor performance.
- Ensure vendor compliance with agreed service standards.

Financial Management:
- Monitor operational budgets and event-wise expenses.
- Manage petty cash and procurement.
- Control costs while maintaining luxury service standards.
- Assist with billing and payment coordination.

Inventory & Procurement:
- Maintain inventory of furniture, linen, crockery, cutlery, equipment and consumables.
- Ensure timely procurement and stock replenishment.
- Maintain an updated asset register.

Safety & Compliance:
