Job Title: Sales Executive (Commodity / Coal Sector)
Location: Nagpur (Work from Office)
Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Up to 50,000/- Per month

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales Executive with experience in the commodity sector, preferably coal, steel, or related B2B markets. The role primarily involves tele-calling, client communication, and maintaining strong sales pipelines, along with occasional site visits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end sales through tele-calling and client coordination
- Communicate effectively with potential and existing clients
- Maintain proper tracking of calls, leads, and conversions
- Build and manage client relationships across regions (Gujarat, South India, Central India)
- Conduct plant/site visits (2-3 times a month / once every 2 weeks)
- Assist in drafting proposals, quotations, and sales communications
- Negotiate deals and close sales efficiently
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting using Excel and other tools




- Develop strong knowledge about the coal products and their specifications

Requirements:
- Experience in the coal sector or B2B commodity sales (steel, raw materials, etc.) preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Practical knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Positive drafting and documentation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM/tools)
- Mature mindset with the ability to handle clients and situations independently
- Willingness to travel occasionally for plant visits
