Description:
- Security : - Implementing stringent security measures for protecting man, material, information and high-value assets of the organization and conducting timely security audits. Deployment of security personnel - Promoting physical security and safety awareness for managers, employees and contractors through the development and delivery of presentations and information, addressing physical security issues, Crisis Management and Business Continuity. - Implementing security SOP and policies. Ensure preparedness to meet any emergency situation. Review emergency response plan time to time. - Vigilance & Investigation of theft / fraud cases. - Manage the administration of security personnel & security overhead expenses. - To ensure all statutory records are kept and updated properly. - Training, Development, welfare and motivation of security personnel. - Regular visits and night checking of locations. - Monitoring of returnable Goods gate passes. - Regular liaison with local law enforcement agencies.
