What You’ll Do
- Speak with customers over calls and WhatsApp
- Understand customer queries and problems
- Help customers resolve order and service-related issues
- Coordinate with customers, partners and internal teams
- Follow up until issues are properly resolved
- Handle day-to-day back-office operations
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system
- Collect customer feedback
- Follow up with existing/inactive customers when required
- Work towards defined daily and monthly performance goals
- Identify recurring customer problems and communicate them to the team
