Making outbound calls for conducting CATI/CAWI “Market Research Interviews” to

get relevant insights on different research topics and to get market overview in

different Geographies.
- Data collection using various research tools for Lead generation and databases such

as Hoovers, LinkedIn, Zoom info and other related portals

utilizing a variety of software tools to conduct the surveys,
- Participates in project training programs to identify client’s needs and expectations

for the project
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Primary Research Analyst to conduct outbound calls and gather business insights from US-based respondents. The role involves interacting with industry professionals, collecting market intelligence, validating data, and supporting research projects.
