Installation, start-up, maintenance, and repair of complex technical equipment for the pharmaceutical industry. - Troubleshoot, diagnosis and repair of machine faults and breakdowns remotely or onsite - Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the use and maintenance of products - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per service schedules and contracts - Implement modifications, new products, and formats into existing equipment. - Service visits. - Document service calls, maintenance logs, and prepare detailed reports. - Spare and wear parts identification and suggestions. - Provide customer training and production support. - Identify ways that the machine can be improved. - Provide customers with remote technical support. - Work closely with the German headquarters.



- Coordinate with engineering, sales, and support teams to resolve complex technical issues. Qualifications: - Diploma /BE in Mechatronics. - 4 - 6 years of relevant experience. - Certified in RSO (Radiation safety officer). - Practical knowledge, education, and experience in mechanical, electrical adjustments of a complex up-to-date industrial equipment - preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. - Experience working as an international service technician. - High customer orientation

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
