About the Role

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Management
- Manage end-to-end production activities, including laser cutting, fabrication, assembly, and finishing operations.
- Plan and execute production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and production resources for maximum productivity.
- Monitor daily production performance and resolve operational challenges.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate production supervisors, machine operators, and shop floor staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and training programs.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to minimize defects and rework.
- Coordinate with the Quality team to resolve production-related quality issues.





Process Improvement
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, OEE, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze production data to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize costs.
- Implement best manufacturing practices to enhance operational performance.

Resource Management
- Ensure effective utilization of laser cutting machines, CNC equipment, fabrication tools, and manpower.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.

Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 3834, OSHA, EHS, and company safety policies.
- Conduct regular safety audits and promote a secure working environment.
- Ensure adherence to statutory and environmental regulations.

Customer & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Planning, Quality, and Customer Service teams to ensure on-time delivery.
