- CRM Manager ( Real Estate)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to manage post-sales operations, customer relationships, collections, documentation, and handover processes. The role ensures smooth coordination between customers, banks, legal, accounts, and project teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from booking to possession.Key Responsibilities:
1. Post-Sales Operations & Documentation
- Maintain and update recent sales entries in CRM records.
- Execute all post-sale documentation, including:
- Allotment letters
- Demand letters
- Sales agreements
- Tripartite agreements
- NOCs and possession-related documents
- Coordinate agreement signing and registration with solicitors.
- Manage possession process, flat handover, and cancellation cases.

2. Home Loan & Bank Coordination
- Coordinate with banks for loan sanctions and disbursements.
- Manage documentation for home loan processing.
- Follow up with loan departments for timely payment disbursement.
- Address bank queries related to project approvals and customer loans.

Customer Relationship & Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and issues.
- Assist customers with:
- Allotment and registration
- Bank loan processing
- Transfer of deeds
- Cancellation and refund process
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns.

4. Collections & Financial Coordination
- Set and monitor collection targets.
- Follow up with customers for payment dues against demand letters.
- Prepare weekly and monthly collection forecasts.
- Coordinate with Accounts for reconciliation and payment tracking.
- Manage stock updates in case of cancellations.

5. Inter-Department Coordination
- Liaise with Accounts, Legal, Projects, and Facility teams for:
- Customer account finalization
- Unit status updates
- Smooth and timely project handovers
- Provide administrative support for cross-departmental activities.
