Responsibilities
- Monitor and triage security alerts from ECS SOC, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, SIEM and related platforms.
- Perform L2/L3 incident investigation, containment coordination, and recovery activities.
- Lead response for malware, ransomware, phishing, identity compromise, and insider threats.
- Coordinate with ASGN SOC, Infra, Network, IAM, and EUS teams during incidents.
- Support digital forensics, log analysis, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
- Maintain incident playbooks, response procedures, and escalation models.
- Produce weekly/monthly incident and alert trend reports.
