We’re looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team in Mohali. If you love creating content, managing brand presence, and understanding what makes audiences engage - this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Develop monthly content calendars
- Manage social media campaigns, reels, and post scheduling
- Monitor insights & analytics to improve performance
- Engage with audience: replies, comments, community building
- Coordinate with design, marketing & leadership teams
- Stay updated with social media trends & best practices
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of proven experience in Social Media Management
- Solid creativity & copywriting skills
- Understanding of trends, analytics, and brand communication
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
