We rely on a diverse network of vendors to supply over 200 precise components per machine, and our procurement back-office must run with zero friction.

The Role

We are seeking a highly meticulous and persistent Purchase Executive to serve as the administrative backbone of our Purchase Department. Reporting to the Purchase Manager, your primary objective is to execute the daily operations of the supply chain. You will take ownership of creating error-free Purchase Orders, completing rigorous vendor registration documentation, maintaining the master purchase registers, and relentlessly following up on deliveries to ensure our manufacturing floor never faces a stock-out.

Key Responsibilities
- Flawless PO Creation: Convert approved purchase requisitions into official Purchase Orders in our ERP/system. Ensure 100% accuracy in part numbers, pricing, tax codes,



and delivery terms to prevent downstream accounting or inwarding errors.
- The Follow-Up Engine: Take ownership of the "Open PO" list. Proactively call vendors days _before_ a delivery is due to confirm dispatch. If a delay is anticipated, immediately flag it to the Senior Purchase Executive.
- Vendor Registration & Compliance: Handle the complete onboarding paperwork for current vendors. Collect, verify, and systematically file GST certificates, MSME documents, bank details, and NDA agreements.
- Register Maintenance: Act as the custodian of the Purchase Department's data. Keep all daily purchase trackers, delivery schedules, and material inwarding registers perfectly updated in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Payment Coordination: Work as a bridge between the Purchase and Accounts departments. Ensure vendor invoices match the original POs and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) so that vendor payments are pr
