Project Manager - Interior Firm

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing interior design and execution projects from start to completion. The role involves coordinating with clients, designers, site supervisors, contractors, carpenters, vendors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the approved design and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete interior projects from planning to final handover.
- Coordinate between clients, designers, site teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and work progress.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved 3D/2D drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor workmanship and quality.
- Track material requirements, purchases, deliveries, and site availability.
- Coordinate with the purchase team for timely material procurement.
- Monitor project costs, quotations, and additional/extrawork requirements.




- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for quick resolution.
- Communicate project updates, delays, and requirements to clients and management.
- Ensure proper documentation of drawings, measurements, approvals, and site updates.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct final inspection and coordinate snag rectification before handover.

Required Skills:
- Experience in interior design/project execution.
- Good knowledge of furniture, carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Positive knowledge of drawings, measurements, materials, and site execution.
- Ability to manage timelines, teams, and multiple projects.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools is preferred.

Experience:
2-5 years of experience in interior design/project management or a related field.
