Swati Machine Craft Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of Horizontal Form Fill Seal (HFFS) packaging machines and packaging machinery solutions. We cater to businesses across industries such as food, bakery, confectionery, snacks, coffee, ice cream and other packaged products.

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Engineer who can independently develop new business, identify potential customers, conduct customer visits, present our products and technology, and convert leads into orders.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and generate new sales leads through market research, databases, references, networking, online research and field visits.
- Identify potential customers across relevant industries such as bakeries, confectionery, snacks, food processing, coffee, ice cream and other FMCG manufacturers.




- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
- Make regular follow-ups with leads and move prospects through the sales cycle.
- Develop current territories and markets for the company's products.

2. Customer Visits & Sales Presentations
- Plan daily and weekly customer visits based on lead priority and geographical location.
- Visit prospective and existing customers personally.
- Understand the customer's packaging requirements, production volumes, product characteristics and existing machinery.
- Present Swati Machine Craft's company profile, products, technology and value proposition.
- Demonstrate how our machines can improve productivity, packaging quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate machine demonstrations and trials wherever required.

3. Sales Conversion & Order Closing
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate machine
