Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
- Develop engaging content ideas, reels, stories, and campaigns to increase audience engagement.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to produce high-quality content.
- Monitor social media trends and implement innovative ideas to improve performance.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms and other social channels.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.




- Collaborate with internal teams to promote products, services, offers, and events.
- Manage influencer collaborations and user-generated content campaigns when required.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, content scheduling tools, and social media analytics.
- Knowledge of social media KPIs such as reach, engagement, impressions, CTR, and conversions.
- Basic understanding of paid social media advertising.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
