ABOUT THE ROLE

Role Description:




This role reports to the Director of Forecasting and Competitive Intelligence and operates within the broader framework of Business Analytics and Insights (BAI).

This role is for Amgen India Hyderabad Office. You will work on-site a minimum of 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Forecast Leadership:
- Own forecast development for pipeline or inline assets, depending on assigned BU.
- Build and lead discussions on forecast assumptions, drivers, and scenarios with global or U.S.based teams.
- Leads forecast synthesis for executive-level review, including risk/opp framing
- Strategic Partnering:
- Act as a thought partner to forecasting leads, commercial heads, and finance teams.
- Translate market events and competitive insights into business implications.
- Drives cross-regional alignment on forecast assumptions; provides input to long-range planning and business reviews
- Capability Building:
- Serve as a key leader in setting up Amgen India’s forecasting operations.
