Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US healthcare providers.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and role fit.




- Prepare interview feedback and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate offer roll-out, negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Conduct virtual onboarding and orientation sessions for newly hired providers.
- Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with Credentialing, HR, IT, Payroll, and Operations teams for smooth provider onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure all applicant records are updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment or US Staffing.
