About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies and account plans for assigned verticals or key accounts.
- Onboarding new logos is a key priority and is not limited solely to account management responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings.
- Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Handle contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and renewals with clients.
- Understand customer business challenges and propose appropriate IT, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Coordinate internally with sales, technical, support, and finance teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and deliver account plans, business reviews, and performance reports.

Qualifications & Required skills




- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in IT sales, account management, client servicing, or technology solution sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Robust relationship management and account management skills
- Experience handling complex B2B sales cycles and enterprise clients.
- Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into technology-driven business solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with enterprise or government clients.
- Existing relationships within corporate enterprise accounts in the Indian market.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
