Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor ongoing activities and ensure smooth implementation.
- Organize and facilitate awareness, training, or community engagement sessions.
- Support identification and training of local volunteers or peer leaders.




- Track distribution and usage of resources or materials provided to beneficiaries.
- Collect feedback, maintain records, and submit regular reports to the Project Coordinator.
- Support community outreach events, campaigns, or initiatives.
- Assist local staff, volunteers, and stakeholders to ensure sustainability of activities.
- Education: Graduate in Social Work, Education, Rural Development, Public Health, or related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years in field-level program implementation, preferably in education, adolescent health, or WASH programs.
- Robust facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with school/community visits and fieldwork within Bokaro district.

Basic MS Office/Google Sheets skills for reporting
- Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
