Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client briefs, creative requirements, revisions, and expectations clearly.
- Maintain qualified communication and ensure quick resolution of queries.
- Build long-term relationships and cultivate trust with agency and direct clients.
