About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Business Development/Sales Executives.
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance and take corrective actions when required.
- Drive the complete B2C sales cycle, from lead follow-up and qualification to conversion and closure.
- Ensure effective follow-up on leads and maximize conversion opportunities.
- Monitor sales pipelines and lead movement using CRM systems.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales training sessions.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve productivity, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Analyze key sales metrics such as lead conversion, revenue, average ticket size, follow-up performance, and target achievement.




- Identify gaps in the sales process and implement strategies to improve team performance.
- Prepare and share regular sales performance reports with management.
- Ensure proper CRM usage and accurate updating of customer and sales information.
- Work closely with marketing and other internal teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2C Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or a related role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling/people management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong experience in B2C sales and lead conversion.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with CRM tools.
- Experience in the EdTech industry is preferred.
- Strong team management, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Telugu and Engl
