Trio India is looking for a confident and experienced HR Manager / Recruiter to handle recruitment and HR operations at our Banur office.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment
- Schedule interviews and coordinate joining
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records
- Support payroll and HR documentation
- Handle employee coordination and basic HR issues
- Prepare HR reports for management
Required Skills:
- 2-5 years of HR / recruitment experience
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
