BAMS Doctor - Community Health & Public Health Program

- We are currently hiring for two field-based positions:
- 1. South India (1 Position): Extensive travel across Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh.
- 2. North-East India (1 Position): Based in Assam, with travel across project areas as required.
- About the Role: Arogya Foundation of India (AFI) is looking for passionate BAMS doctors to strengthen community healthcare delivery through capacity building, grassroots public health initiatives, and implementation of evidence-based healthcare programs.
- Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular field visits across assigned project areas, Train and mentor Sevikas (Community Health Workers) using standardized training protocols, Support implementation of the Vanaushadhi Program, Ensure adherence to program guidelines and quality standards, Conduct patient counselling and community health education.Participate in IEC (Information, Education & Communication) activities,



support the integration of evidence-based traditional healthcare practices within program frameworks, provide field insights and recommendations for continuous program improvement.
