Overview:
Associate Data Scientist with 3-4 years of experience to analyse data, build models, and deliver insights. The role may also include optional support for video conferencing systems, town halls.

Responsibilities:
Required:
Data Science (Core):
- Analyse and interpret structured and unstructured data
- Build and maintain statistical and machine learning models
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI:
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis
- Ensure data quality and monitor model performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven solutions

Preferred:
Video Conference & Event Support:
- Support video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.)
- Assist with town halls, executive meetings, and live events
- Perform pre-event testing and provide live technical support
- Troubleshoot audio, video, and connectivity issues




- Specialized courses or certifications in Audio/Video Conferencing, Microsoft Teams Room, etc.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and IT service management processes
- Experience with video conferencing or AV support
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Understanding of basic networking concepts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in data science, analytics, or related roles
- Proficiency in Python or R, Solid SQL skills
- Experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting
- Understanding of statistics and machine learning fundamentals
