Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience & Sales
- Welcome and assist customers throughout their shopping journey.
- Understand customer preferences, occasions, and styling requirements.
- Recommend outfits, fabrics, and combinations that align with their personality and needs.
- Build meaningful customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Deliver exceptional luxury retail experiences while achieving sales targets.

Styling & Product Consultation
- Guide customers during product trials and fittings.




- Explain garment construction, fabric details, craftsmanship, and design inspiration.
- Suggest complementary products and complete looks.
- Help customers make confident purchase decisions through personalized styling advice.

Visual Merchandising
- Maintain store presentation and visual standards.
- Assist in product displays, outfit curation, and merchandising updates.
- Ensure the store reflects the Esthreall aesthetic at all times.

Operations
- Manage inventory movement, stock replenishment, and product handling.
- Support billing, order processing, and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate store records and daily sales reports.
- Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.

What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in fashion retail, premium retail, or luxury fashion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion, fabrics, craftsmanship, and customer engagem
