Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard suitable retail stores as partner outlets for BigBasket’s Quick Commerce operations.
- Conduct daily market visits to pitch BigBasket’s partnership model to store owners, explaining business advantages and resolving their queries effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners to ensure successful tie-ups and long-term partnerships.
- Complete necessary documentation and agreements as per company guidelines for partner onboarding.
- Coordinate with internal teams for store branding, activation, and compliance with display/branding standards.
- Monitor partner store performance regularly and ensure adherence to operational policies.
- Address day-to-day concerns of store owners and provide timely solutions to strengthen business relationships.
- Submit accurate reports, updates, and market feedback through mobile field reporting tools.




- Travel extensively within assigned territory to maximize network expansion and business coverage.
