Position: Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Industry: Stock Market Education / EdTech
Salary: ₹14,000 - ₹20,000 + Incentives
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, negotiate with, and onboard relevant influencers and content creators.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for the company.
- Arrange and coordinate content shoots with influencers, creators, and the internal team.
- Develop content ideas, concepts, hooks, and scripts for Reels and promotional videos.
- Coordinate the complete content production process, including shooting, editing, and publishing.
- Supervise video editing and ensure content meets the company's quality and branding standards.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence.
- Track influencer campaigns, ad performance, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Explore new influencer collaborations, content formats, and digital marketing strategies.




- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing campaigns generate quality leads and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram, Meta Ads, influencer marketing, and content marketing trends.

Requirements:
- Basic to good understanding of Meta Ads and Digital Marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, influencers, and social media trends.
- Creative approach towards content ideas and scripting.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and content production.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on leads, engagement, and conversions.
- Prior experience in education, finance, stock market, or EdTech will be an added advantage.

Salary & Incentives

₹14,000 - ₹20,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
